Sporadic E opening 28th June, 2008

Very short opening to Italy in the afternoon didn't give anything but Subasio. In the evening, some Romanian and Ukrainian OIRT stations. Also a short opening on the lower CCIR band with two transmitters from Romania (Radio 21 and Kiss FM) and one from Moldova (Radio Shanson Pridnestrovie) - and that's all. Usual networks omitted here.
